Pilgrims from Rwanda

On Wednesday 30th - 04 - 2025 pilgrims from Rwanda visited the Uganda Martyrs shrine 

The Catechist from Rwanda made their pilgrimage to Uganda Martyrs Catholic Shrine Namugongo, with the aim of understanding and learning about the history of the Uganda Martyrs. This religious journey spans three days and serves as an opportunity for participants to deepen their faith and gain insights into the sacrifices made by those who honored God.

The pilgrims were led by Bishop Philippe Rukakamba from Rwanda

During this pilgrimage, they engage in various activities that foster reflection, prayer, and a deeper connection to their spiritual roots. Through this experience, they hope to not only honor the memory of the martyrs but also draw inspiration for their own lives and faith practices
