This is an annual celebration held on every 3^rd June.  It is the Feast of the Uganda Martyrs as decreed by the Act of Canonization in 1964 by the Universal Catholic Church.

Yesterday, thousands of christians come on pilgrimage organised by Mbarara Ecclesiastical province Association (MEPA) to the Uganda Martyrs shrine Namugongo.
