This was designed like a stadium which affords a good view of the procession from the Basilica to the altar.It also keeps the main celebrant insight of the majority of the pilgrims.

It comprises of concrete retaining walls and grass terracing which gives a surrounding of a healthy green compound with thriving trees and alleyway that lead to the martyrs’ lake.
