Kampala Archdiocese has proposed the following annual calendar of pilgrimages to Uganda Martyrs Shrine Namugongo.

THE PROGRAM FOLLOWED BY THE PILGRIMS ON A DAILY BASIS DAYS
1. On arrival, the pilgrims make a procession from the Martyrs’ Lake to the Basilica.
2. They are ushered in to the basilica for confessions and veneration of the Martyr’s relics.
3. They listen to the story of the Martyrs.
4. They have Holy Mass.
5. Reflections and personal prayers.
