The shrine has a parking lot of over 100 cars which is always under close watch of both the Uganda police force and the local parish security guards.

However, towards the Uganda Martyrs Day celebrations, the traffic is diverted away from the Shrine because of the millions of foot pilgrims accessing the premise. 

Because of security and safety, one will see military or police automobile and medical ambulances moving around the shrine.
